[This winery may no longer be operating.] Zitta Wines was established in 2004 by owner and winemaker Angelo De Fazio at Greenock, in South Australia’s world-renowned Barossa Valley wine region. Taking its name from the Italian word for “quiet”, the label is dedicated to the art of traditional, old world-style wine making. Using natural techniques with minimal inputs, it seeks to capture the essence of the De Fazio family vineyard – featuring only those varieties perfectly suited to the local conditions – in exceptional estate wines.
