Very ripe nose. Some raisiny aspects. Improved on second day. Very dry, a little disjointed the acidity. A bit soya saucy. Bovril. Some nice whiffs of rose petals and berries though.
Pale-ish green. Lemon-lime. Strong vibrant acidity. Quite enjoyable. A bit like lime spongecake.
Falling apart at 6 years. Blackberry and dark cherry. Dried out on the end. Some enjoyment to be had.
