At approx. 630m above sea level, it is one of the coolest grape growing sites in Australia. We produce limited volumes of premium hand crafted Estate wines specialising in long lived vintages of Pinot Noir, Chardonnay and Riesling.
Recent engineering of extensive terracing on the North face of Mt. Monument (650m a.m.s.l.) is due to be planted with approx. 2ha of selected clones of Pinot Noir and the premium Italian variety, Nebbiolo (of Barolo & Barbaresco fame).
