Description:
A Family business located in the Bouzy terroir, classified 100% Grand Cru in the Montagne de Reims, in the heart of the Champagne triangle "Reims--Epernay-Chalons"; one of the cradles of Pinot Noir. Bouzy, with world-famous wines, and already recognized during the coronations of the kings of France in Reims from the XVIIth Century; the wine region is part of the heritage of France’s by its excellence. Its chalk subsoil gives the Pinot Noir grape all its tone and its mineral power, patiently evolving in the cellar. In 1985, Remi HENRY took over the family vineyards from his grandparents; together, with Odile, they created Champagne Remi HENRY. Their vines are maintained with respect for the environment (High Environmental Value / Sustainable Viticulture in Champagne) with a will for the modernity of viticultural and wine-growing methods. Their son, Marc-Antoine, is trained to the four corners of France and the World. He decided to continue to write the family history by bringing a touch of elsewhere, reflected in his blendings. Our passion for excellence is transmitted during a tasting, the solemnity of the moment shared with a flute of Champagne Remi Henry.
