Hidden in the rolling hills of France's Champagne region in the Cote des Bar, nestled in the quiet little town of Baroville, lays a family tradition that has been thriving since 1847. For five generations, the members of that family, the Fourrier, have dedicated their lives to quality, pleasure, but mostly, legacy. The Fourrier tradition has been centered on a culture of respect at all the levels of production, from grape to customer. All the production processes of Champagne are made on-site within 18 acres of vines. It is of prime importance, to keep the family tradition alive .
