We make wine. We love Silvaner. We are a family. It really is very simple. A unique vineyard, the "Escherndorfer Lump", is where we work - in the middle of Nature. The estate´s cellar, the birthplace of our wines. Every year brings the opportunity of making a delicious wine. What can we do with these opportunities? We are curious. About the things we cannot influence and the things we can. Silvaner, the "concrete egg", fully ripe grapes, sunshine and showers, people and the sharing of knowledge.
