Pale peach salmon colour. Yeasty cake dough nose. Palate shows light brioche notes. A lively acidity and restrained finish.
Slightly nutty. A bit course. Very grapy.
Dark purple red. Faint port restrained aromas. A consistent MR drying tannins character. A little more intense with a savoury, faint soy sauce finish
Wow, an interesting wine. Darker than usual Cabernet. Some aged notes shining through, perhaps reminiscent of nori/seaweed. Very well balanced. Good palate coverage and length.
