<p><b>94 points</b> - Slightly brickish red, showing good signs of age. Clean fruit aroma at first: Cassis with beautiful tannins. Medium weight. Very well balanced. Chocolate Great intensity. Slightly on the sweet side, with the sweetness balanced by fresh leafy notes. True to Cabernet Sauvignon character. Good quality oak, producing a very textured mouthfeel. Fine spices emerge as the wine opens up. Vanilla notes come through, amongst pepper, nutmeg and others. Amazing complexity and finesse. A cracker. <p><b>94 points</b> - Medium dark red purple. Attractive nose! Complex with hints of cigar, leaf, sweet leather, notably cassis and some dairy. Nose develops as it airs. Now with fruit chocolate, nutmeg. Palate is full and very generous. A sweet style but also nicely balanced. Black pepper hints. Bloom in the finish.
