On the palate the most striking feature about this wine is the pleasant mouthfeel with a fine mousse and a good balance. There aren’t any stand out flavours here. A bit non-descript, but this also makes the wine a universal food player. Drink now number, great party wine.

Tasted on Tue, May 9, 2023.
