<p><b>94 points</b> - Medium red, brick fringe. Sweetly fruited on the nose, forest floor, sour cherry, spice and red fruit. Palate is in very good shape, spiced, medium bodied, ripe and rounded, soft tannin, a touch of rubber, mushroom, good concentration, some elegance from the juicy acidity. <p><b>90 points</b> - Interesting nose reminds me of popcorn, sappy, stemmy, smoked, slightly stewed red berries. Palate is a slightly bitter and slightly tart and slightly watery. Quite austere, with green wood smoke, and smoked bacon permeating. Finishing on soft vanilla and bitter dark chocolate.
