Enough acidity to see it live 12 or more years, but drinking beautifully now. Succulent and sizzling.

Tasted on Thu, Apr 28, 2022.

87 points - Pale grey green. Lime number. A bit austere: light, bone dry lacking a touch of sweetness to round this off. There is some good balance here, but to me this is way too limey and dry, a touch of sweetness would allow the fruit aromatics to shine a bit more. There is a long lasting lemonade like finish.
Perhaps this wine just needs time as Huon suggests? Right at this point it just doesn’t tickle my fancy.

Tasted on Wed, Dec 22, 2021.

90 points - Pale gold with a greenish tint. Quite a tightly wound, fresh, delicate yet vivacious nose of limes. Palate follows through on this promise with a dry, almost austere, crisp and linear wine with loads of acidity. This needs food. A very dry Aussie riesling. Has potential.

Tasted on Tue, Dec 21, 2021.
