<p><b>93 points</b> - Very well made. Extremely balanced. Just the perfect amount of bitterness. Long finish. Apricots and candied pineapple. Lychees. lovelly golden colour. Reaches into the echelons of Alsacian Grand Cru, although for me the Josmeyer Hengst still reigns supreme. Sources advised that 2003 was the best vintage, and later vintages never again reached the same quality.</p><p>Tasted on Sat, Sep 5, 2009.</p>
