<p><b>89 points</b> - Deep inky purple red. Nose is quite fruit driven, lots of cassis, blue berry like confection aromas, herbs like mint and spices, a bit jube-y. Dense, weighty on the palate with a thick blanket of dusty tannin. An amped up cool climate shiraz, a little inelegant, whack you over the head style that still has these leafy herbal characters.
