<p><b>92 points</b> - Medium dark red purple. Red berry nose, pencil shavings. Palate is well integrated and quite seamless. There is varietal character in the graphite notes, intermingled with raspberry. Denser than a graphite-raspberry Pinot noir eg in the Central Otago mold. Fine acidity on the finish, hinting at carbonation. <p><b>94 points</b> - Yellow with a tinge of gold. Almond, nougat nose with stonefruit. On the palate there is a singing peach core with superb ripeness, surrounded by a full dose of cinnamon oak.
