<p><b>90 points</b> - Light grey yellow. Faint peach, mineral and nougat aromas on the nose. Waxy, snuffed out candle. Mid palate has almonds. Salty, with strong acidity. <p><b>90 points</b> - Bright medium light gold. Sulphides and struck flint characters forward on the nose. A striking palate, slashed with acidity and flavour. Tense on the finish. Good, better at room temperature and with food due to the acidity. A pan fried fillet of cod with beurre blanc, dill, capers and lemon would be perfect.</p><p>Tasted on Wed, Feb 8, 2023.</p>
