Sappy palate, some rich, earthy tones, raspberry and peppermint confection, spices, potpourri. There a bit of complexity and palate evolution. Medium bodied with a fine structure and acidity. High acidity, chaffy, light weight to medium bodied palate, fruit is a little lacking in strength. Some savouriness, but the palate is ultimately a little firm, a little tart to be balanced.
