95 points - Fresh lemon nose with loads of complexity. Talcum at first entry on the palate. Perfect balance. Aged characters coming through. Honey notes - but drying, not sweet at all. Toast.
Day 3: nose has intensified a great deal. Strong bouquet of lemon and melon alongside talcum. Palate hiding together with wonderful acid balance. Freshness balanced by hints of honey richness without being in any way sweet. Intriguing, finely woven coffee-caramel-toast line. Came up from 93, which indicates that this wine has a long way to go. Lovely wine indeed, very intellectual and one that requires you to stop and think about it. Not for everyone. But I love it. Shame this was the last bottle.

Tasted on Sat, Jul 26, 2014.

Palate shows also developed characters, interesting fruit acidity balance, somewhat reminds me of some Mosel Riesling. Full with a nice palate coverage. Complex palate too. Quite a delicious wine, needs time to open up. Some poise and restraint with a subtle harmony. Starts off with a slight twinge of acidity though.

Tasted on Sat, Jul 26, 2014.

Medium bodied, rounded and shapely, luscious in the mouth with a line of striking minerally acidity that interplays nicely. Soft rounded finish and yet crisp and clean and minerally too. Interesting contrasts. Great intensity on the palate. Really stands out with food. When it's warmed up however the acidity is certainly a little overbearing. Much nicer cool and with food.

Tasted on Mon, Jan 6, 2014.
