<p><b>95 points</b> - Pale yellow. Nougat nose. Palate is lemon balm with fine acidity providing carry. Mealy nougat notes. Fabulous wine indeed: modern Australian Chardonnay of high caliber. Peppery, interesting dried herbs on the palate, quite powerful with finesse and fine grained tannin and acidity. Clean, hint of chicken stock on the finish.
