Much better on day two! So this needs some more time, or a lot of time to air. Lovely mint and dusty notes. Now quite balanced. Good structure. Score went up from 89. Tobacco. Very classy!

Tasted on Fri, Apr 29, 2011.

Some chewy tannins in the back. 3rd day open: developed some bacony, orange rind, spiced cigar box characters.
