On the palate the wine has a viscous texture with cleansing, almost tingling acidity to close. Apricots and ginger are in the foreground on the palate - perhaps more ginger than apricot as it opens up. This wine is well developed now. Not overly complex. Highly enjoyable and great with spicy grilled prawns.

Tasted on Sat, Apr 19, 2025.
