Balanced and seamless in the mouth, there is quite some refinement here, tannins melting and chocolaty. Again quite savoury, a lingering bitterness and grip remains after swallowing. A beautiful, powerful and aged/integrated wine with tonight’s smoky char-grilled t-bone.

Tasted on Tue, Oct 29, 2024.
