<p><b>96 points</b> - This is an outstanding chardonnay - one of the best I have tasted in recent times. At 9 years of age, I was a bit concerned that it might be over the hill. Far from it. <p><b>93 points</b> - Medium purple red. Juicy savoury nose, sappy. Juicy fruit driven palate with a lovely concentration, drive and verve. Classy yet very accessible. <p><b>92 points</b> - Interesting nose of pepper, spices and red fruit - a bit like mulled wine. Palate well balanced with good acidity to carry it and lots of oak for structure. Lovely fruit driven wine that drinks nicely now but can likely age for a while too.
