Drinking well now and would probably live a while yet - but whether it would get any better is a moot point. Juicy, sweet and full bodied with great complexity, length and balance. An appealing flavour profile that keeps you coming back until the bottle is empty. Very good structure, this is solid without being chunky, laced with velvetty, whole bunch phenolics, underpinned with ripe fruit. There is even a trace of mocha like tannin. Palate is voluptuous and seamless with excellent balance between power and poise. There is refinement here, sensitive oak usage. Some lovely oatmeal like suggestions in the finish.
