95 points - Bright gold colour. Nose shows hints of sour plum, muscadet style aromas. Rich and luscious, lots of coverage, every inch of the palate, deep and creamy lees complexities, with a touch of that typical marsanne herbal character. Toasty oak, there’s some development detectable. Lovely, generous and penetrating style of marsanne. Have never tasted marsanne quite like this before. Good! Even better with food!

Tasted on Sat, Oct 27, 2018.

92 points - Yellow gold. Quite strong oak nose with butter. Palate is creamy and seamless with lots of vanilla. Spicy. Not sure if this is varietal as I understand marsanne, but definitely a pleasing quaffer. Resembles an oaky Chardonnay.
Day 2: significantly improved and opened up. Fine grained acidity with a lemon edge. Vanilla oak still strong. Came up from 90

Tasted on Sat, Oct 27, 2018.
