OOB: Typical pinot fruit, but not Calif or Gamay. Acidic, bit of tannins. Round fruit w/o much sweetness. Lite to med body. No hint of forest floor potential.&#xD;
60m: Acid persist, softer, with brighter fruit&#xD;
90m: Acid ditto, but strawberry flavor coming out. Structure holding. Nice berry nose.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Tasted on Tue, May 10, 2016.&lt;/p&gt;</summary>
