97 points - Rose copper. Lees, oxidative character in a good way. Wonderful mousse: fine, bubbling away on the palate. Bisquit, almost chocolaty tones. Nutty. Wow, one of the best Aussie sparklings I have tasted.

95 points - Light to mid gold. Cracked wheat, elegant and finessed aromas, complex and detailed. Palate is high toned, refined but with good body and dosage. Floral, linear, excellent.

94 points - Savoury, leather tones, some blue berry too on the nose, aged complexities. Medium to full bodied on the palate, this needed time to relax and express. Umami flavours, textural, velvetty, dense and melting tannins. Detailed, mellow aged notes showing, chocolatey. Very good. Initially it seemed a bit reductive and pooey, but that seems to have evolved into a nice core of blue plummy fruit tinged with savoury characters.

95 points - Medium purple red with a brick fringe. Spicy, savoury aromas, some cherry nuances, but secondary notes coming through. Bold, structural and powerful on the palate, there is some rusticity with the tannins, but nothing detracting. Good presence, a gutsy style of pinot.

96 points - Pale grey. Mineral crushed stock nose, fine lemon. Intriguing. Palate superbly balanced and fleet on its feet with superb acid balance, all very finely knit and delicate. Just the right amount of oak. Outstanding drinking superbly now but will develop over the next 5-7 years.

95 points - Light yellow. Distinct fresh grapefruit nose, as a daisy. Palate perfectly mature and balanced. Hints of coffee/oak aromas in the right proportions. Medium bodied wine, without being overly complex. Superbly enjoyable. At its peak. (This was day 3!)
