Citrusy on the palate, good concentration and depth of flavour, layered with a chalky mineral note and texture. This needs food. <p><b>95 points</b> - Typical grey green colour. Floral nose. Palate shows almost Germanic structure with a tiny bit of residual sweetness, giving the palate exactly the rounding off dry Riesling needs. Maybe 3-4g/l.
