<p><b>92 points</b> - Very vanilla oak on the nose. m+ body and alcohol and flavour on the palate. The tannins are m+ smooth and powdery. Very oaky wine with sublte notes of concentrated ripe black fruit and rhubarb. Despite the oak the wine is fresh and drinkable. It should age in bottle and open up further. A beautifully structured and serious wine. The oak does take away as much as it adds at this stage thou.</p><p>Tasted on Sat, Jun 11, 2011.</p>
