Strong acidity, giving the wine a fresh Germanic balance, with mandarin peel bitterness to boot. Excellent new world Riesling.     <summary type="html">&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;90 points&lt;/b&gt; - Gibt to medium yellow. Chalky, clean and lemony floral aromas. Good palate weight and concentration, nice density with a decent foil of acidity. There is some residual sugar there. Chalky finish. Reminds me of the Pfalz Riesling - Christmann Reiterpfad. I like this a lot. Full bodied. Spätlese trocken.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Tasted on Wed, Feb 4, 2015.&lt;/p&gt;</summary>

Off dry, quite pleasantly balanced with the acidity. Clearly a good palate made this wine. Soft yet with a fine acidity, there's some charm to this. Some twinges of lime in the finish.
