Seamless palate structure with dark berries, super smooth integration. Nothing out of place here. But this wine needs a lot lore time to show its best.     <summary type="html">&lt;p&gt;&lt;b&gt;90 points&lt;/b&gt; - Fine enough, but neither depth or complexity. Light body, really a lack of weight. I have no idea how this could score 97 points, and the description was full bodied is plain wrong, as far as I can tell. 
Even at $35 I won’t buy it again.

Excellent texture on the palate, silken with luscious and very savoury fruit sweetness, though not at all fruit driven, black pepper, spiced and complex with lots of umami character, leather. A finessed style with fine structure. Fragrant and perfumed on the palate. Stunning wine, showing extremely well.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Tasted on Fri, Jan 29, 2016.&lt;/p&gt;</summary>

Palate is nicely matured, drinking very well with thyme herbs, lots of char and a lovely medium bodied feel to it. Ready to drink now, primary fruit already receding with lots of secondary flavours.
