<p><b>94 points</b> - Deep red purple. Fragrant earthy, rich almost bakery like tones on the nose, a little fruitcake-y, hints of coconut. Built and firm on the palate, this was initially quite tannic and perhaps a little rustic, but with food, this has transformed into a lovely fruit sweet but still firm wine, tannins gripping the teeth a little more gently. <p><b>90 points</b> - Dark medium red. Savoury, cedar nose. Blueberries and blackberries. The acidity is a bit unresolved, creating some edges. Lovely drink though, improves a lot with food. Came up from 88.</p><p>Tasted on Fri, Feb 5, 2021.</p>
