90 points - Deep dark purple red. Lifted boot polish like, dark sweet plum aromas, a touch of alcoholic heat. Firm, rich with a thread of greenness. There’s a medicinal, stalky tone, peppery and spicy. Medium sweetness, a somewhat phenolic finish.

Tasted on Sun, Nov 22, 2020.

90 points - Deep dark blackish red. Young, and fruit forward on the nose. Raspberries, blackberries. Moorish sweetness. Good balance. At the moment it’s all about fruit. May age into something more complex. As it is it’s a utterly quaffable desert number, good with cheeses and certain deserts.

Tasted on Sun, Nov 22, 2020.
