96 points - Deep purple red. Rich nose, fragrant lush ripe fruit, some mystery, floral and crushed herb. The nose is quite lovely. Beautiful weight on there palate with a lovely depth of fruit, purity of expression too, impeccably balanced with the oak. Soft and ample and generous. Salty ironstone like minerals, there's that umami note again. Very good.

95 points - Darkest in the flight of 2011-13. Fresh cassis boysenberry nose. The palate is restrained medium weight, very elegant. A fruit forward wine, pristine and pure. Tannins held back, almost one wants a bit more. This reminds me of the style of Mount Mary quintet: cool climate, elegant fruit. Mulberry and graphite.

94 points - Attractive, staining purple violet red. Complex, fresh, meaty, woodsy nose. Attractive palate too, well balanced, powerful and youthful, smoothly textured with a lovely umami, salty mineral note. Savoury and lipsmacking in flavour. Finely structured and tannins are very approachable. Some traces of roast nut in the finish. Medium length at the moment.

94 points - Nose of blackberries with hints of tobacco. Wonderful medium palate weight, good coverage tannins very restrained and nicely integrated. More weighty than the 2013. Perfect balance. Great wine. Has a bit more savoury earthy notes rather than the pure primary mold of the 2012 and 2013.

94 points - Deep inky purple red. Some slightly reductive, sulfides, tightly wound nose, smoked bacon, attractive again and a little mysterious. Salty palate, very minerally and salty with that lovely umami tone again. Some roasted nuts. Good twinges of bright fruit interplaying with the acidity and slightly firm structure. Needs time. Slightly high toned in acidity.

93 points - Dark fruit, boysenberry nose. Fresh purple colour. Palate has lively acidity, structure similar to brambles. Dark undertone yet fruit driven. Oak well integrated. Good intensity. Fruity number, could do with a bit more earth, spice, tannins. Do they have the tannin structure to age? I'm probably underrating it, but besides the perfect balance and pristine fruit i am looking for some level of additional complexity, particularly at the pice point.
