90 points - Medium cloudy purple red. Subdued aroma, a little musty, some hints of red cherry and graphite. Medium to light bodied, some red fruit and florals. Balanced if not particularly complex. Soft.

92 points - Medium red colour with slightest hint of cloudiness. A bit hard first, very grippy tannins with slightly earthy barnyard components. Racy acidity giving a vervy, almost sparkling impression. This wine needs time. Medium bodied with graphite and red fruits, probably somewhere between strawberry and raspberry. Came up from 88 as it improved markedly with air. Took about 45 min.

91 points - Medium red, almost light but not quite. Quite some earthbound aromas, a bit pongy at least when first opened, tight and closed. Some tar. Needs some time to open up. Nose is now spiced and fruit driven and clean. Medium bodied palate, tightly wound with somewhat firm structure, tannins a little raspy and high toned acidity. That being said, the acidity is giving the palate some interesting red currant like facets. Some flecks of bright fruit sweetness and interplay on the palate.
