<p><b>95 points</b> - Medium dark red. Some age development showing. Mint, sandalwood spices. Medium to full bodied balanced by perfect level of acidity. Spices show, as well as a spicy finish. Dried thyme. This is the perfect match with slow cooked Asian spice beef rib with coriander and rice.
