<p><b>90 points</b> - Nose shows lemon cake style notes. Palate is juicy, with apple and a distinct champagne melon notes. A little lean and hard, not as ample as I expected, a sharp twist of acidity finishing. Zingy and high toned(?). Update: Having been opened a couple of days, it seems quite worked with lots of oak treatment. Toasted vanilla, malty butterscotch flavours dominating.</p><p>Tasted on Thu, Jan 24, 2013.</p>
