<p><b>90 points</b> - Pale grey green. Steely mineral nose, grassy, maybe tiny hint of yellow fruit. A bit austere, not a generous wine: the palate is steely like an assassin. Good weight, although some might find it a bit dilute. Might be good with seafood? Later, with food: good with Chinese steamed snapper. The wine has warmed up and is a bit more open: nose shows sparkling mineral tones, steely minerality is still the name of the game. Came up from 87.</p><p>Tasted on Thu, Mar 30, 2023.</p>
