<p><b>95 points</b> - Medium dark red with some translucency. An intense dark fruit nose, with cedar notes dominating. The wine has that dense, fine high powered tannin grain typical of Tuscan wines. Needs time to air. A lot of bitterness, with spices such as clove and pepper adding complexity. Definitely a food wine, excels with fatty food. Try again in 2022.
