Strong acid, needs time. Superb structure, very tight at the moment. This has the most potential of the Buisson-Battault line-up, although at this point the Gouttes d'Or is drinking best.&lt;/p&gt;&lt;p&gt;Tasted on Sat, Mar 12, 2016.&lt;/p&gt;</summary>
