<p><b>95 points</b> - Bright gold colour. Nose shows hints of sour plum, muscadet style aromas. Rich and luscious, lots of coverage, every inch of the palate, deep and creamy lees complexities, with a touch of that typical marsanne herbal character. Toasty oak, there’s some development detectable. Lovely, generous and penetrating style of marsanne. Have never tasted marsanne quite like this before. Good! <p><b>92 points</b> - Yellow gold. Quite strong oak nose with butter. Palate is creamy and seamless with lots of vanilla. Spicy. Not sure if this is varietal as I understand marsanne, but definitely a pleasing quaffer. Resembles an oaky Chardonnay. Day 2: significantly improved and opened up.
